We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee shift-level production operations, ensuring output targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor production schedules and escalate delays.
• Coordinate with QC and maintenance teams to resolve floor issues.
• Train and mentor production staff.
• Maintain shift production and quality records.

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing floor operations.
• Good leadership and coordination skills.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Science preferred). 2 years of relevant production supervisory experience.
