Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team (electricians, plumbers, technicians).
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory maintenance standards.
• Track equipment performance and recommend upgrades.
• Prepare maintenance budgets and reports for management.

Required qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 5+ years of maintenance experience, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and utilities.
• Good planning and vendor management skills.
