Associate Principal Engineer,SAP FICA

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>

• Total experience: 9+ years<br>
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICA implementation and configuration.<br>
• Must-have experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion.<br>
• Strong knowledge of Contract Partner, Contract Account, Posting, Payments, Dunning, Interest, Returns, Security Deposits, and Write-offs.<br>
• Experience with Business Partner conversion and FICA master data/open-item migration.<br>
• Strong understanding of FI-GL integration, revenue posting, and reconciliation.<br>
• Experience integrating FICA with FI-CO, SD, and/or BRIM.<br>
• Experience with LTMC/Migrate Your Data, LSMW, and BAPIs for data migration.<br>
• Experience preparing Functional Specifications/WRICEF and working with ABAP teams.<br>
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.<br>
• Good understanding of S/4HANA FICA features and CDS views.<br>
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.<br>
• Experience in Utilities, Telecom, Insurance, Public Sector, or Subscription businesses is preferred.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>
• Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA FICA migration/conversion activities.<br>
• Perform FICA blueprinting, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and Hypercare.<br>
• Manage BP conversion, Contract Accounts, open items, and historical data migration.<br>
• Configure core FICA processes including payments, dunning, interest, returns, security deposits, and write-offs.<br>
• Manage FI-GL integration, revenue posting, reconciliation, and mass processing activities.<br>
• Integrate FICA with SD, FI-CO, BRIM, and related systems.<br>
• Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design with stakeholders.<br>
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements and interfaces.<br>
• Execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production support.<br>
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions across implementation and migration activities.<br>
• Mentor junior consultants and drive SAP FICA best practices.</p>
