• Role Summary
• As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will build and optimize scalable backend services powering Netcore's customer engagement platform.
• You'll work on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software.
• What We're Looking For
• 7–10 years of experience in backend development using Java .
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, multithreading, concurrency, distributed systems, and design patterns.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB/Redis/Cassandra/Couchbase.
• Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka/RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Maven, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile teams.
