We are hiring a Software Engineer for our Dev Ops team.

You will build the pipeline that ships our platform — CI/CD automation, containerisation, environment provisioning and deployment tooling.

Every piece of work you do is reviewed by a senior engineer.

That is the point: we are hiring for how fast you improve, not for what you already know. 02 Key Responsibilities 1 Build the pipeline CI/CD automation, containerisation, environment provisioning and deployment tooling. 2 Build under review Real work on the real product, with a senior engineer reviewing every change. 3 Fix and learn Bug fixes and small enhancements are how you learn the codebase properly. 4 Write tests Your own, from the start — it is not a separate phase here. 5 Grow into ownership Own a module end to end within two to three quarters. 03 What You Bring 1–2 years of professional Dev Ops or infrastructure experience.

Linux; Docker; Git and CI concepts.

One scripting language (Python or shell); basic cloud (AWS preferred).

BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent.

Git as a daily tool, including branching and pull requests.

The ability to pick up an unfamiliar codebase with guidance and not stall.

You take code-review feedback well.

This matters more here than your current stack.

Clear communication — you can explain what you built and why. 04 What Would Be Great to Have Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins or Git Hub Actions, monitoring tooling, any home-lab or self-hosted setup.

A side project you can talk about in detail, including what you would now do differently.

Exposure to a second track — we rotate engineers across product, dashboards and client delivery.

Any AI-assisted development experience (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).

Financial-services data exposure.
