Sr. AI Engineer at NexTurn

Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.

Build scalable AI solutions leveraging Databricks, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.

Develop RAG pipelines, AI orchestration workflows, and autonomous agents.

Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and APIs.

Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, security, and governance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

Required qualifications

• Software engineering experience (Java/Python/Scala or similar). 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Agentic AI/Generative AI.
• Strong expertise in Databricks, Spark, and ML workflows.
• Experience with Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j, GraphFrames, etc.) implementation.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and MLOps/CI-CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and software design skills.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and AI governance.
• Exposure to GraphRAG, semantic search, and AI observability.
• Experience with Context Graphs.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
