Assistant Manager - PMO

Job Summary: We are looking for a Project Manager / Consultant to support and lead complex transformation and transition engagements for global and multinational clients. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience in project / program management, transformation, transitions or technology-led initiatives, and is comfortable working with multinational organisations and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead complex transformation and transition engagements for global and multinational clients.
• Manage projects across multiple functions, teams and stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, governance and executive reporting.
• Work closely with multinational / global organisations and senior stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Structure complex problems and drive outcomes through strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in project / program management, transformation, transitions or technology-led initiatives.
• Exposure to business transformation, process transformation, technology implementation / digital transformation or operating model initiatives.
• Experience in transitions / large-scale change initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong experience working with multinational / global organisations and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools such as Asana, JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com.
• Exposure to PMO, benefits / value realisation, process improvement and change management would be an advantage.
• Consulting experience is preferred but not mandatory – strong candidates from industry with relevant transformation / project experience are welcome.
• PMP certification is preferred.
