Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and repairs of EV components, including batteries, charging systems, and motor controllers.
• Ensure service center and field service activities meet quality and compliance standards.
• Technical Expertise & Support Provide guidance to technicians on diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Stay updated on emerging EV technologies and collaborate with engineering teams for complex repairs.
• Customer Service & Satisfaction Address customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Analyze feedback to enhance service processes and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and manage service technicians and support staff in the region.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and technological advancements.
• Charging Infrastructure Support Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of public and private charging infrastructure.
• Coordinate with local partners to expand the charging network in the region.
• Parts & Inventory Management Ensure availability of spare parts, including critical EV components like batteries and controllers.
• Optimize inventory systems to predict demand and streamline the supply chain.
• Cost Management & Reporting Manage service operations within budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Compliance & Safety Ensure all service operations adhere to safety regulations, particularly for high-voltage and battery systems.
• Conduct regular safety audits and promote a safety-first culture within the team.
