Embedded - SME (Validation Automotive)

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Embedded Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Validation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HIL, SIL, and MIL validation, along with hands-on scripting and software testing skills. This role will focus on validating ADAS, Infotainment, BCM, and will prioritize ADAS and BMS/Electrification domains. Key Responsibilities: - Lead validation activities for embedded software systems across ADAS, Infotainment, Body Control Module (BCM), and BMS/Electrification.

• Perform HIL, SIL, and MIL testing to ensure robust system performance and compliance.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python, CAPL, and C.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution.
• Ensure adherence to validation processes, standards, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and validation teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test frameworks, automation, and validation methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience: - 15-18 years of experience in Embedded Systems Validation.

• Strong hands-on expertise in HIL testing, SIL testing, and MIL (good to have).
• Proficiency in Python, CAPL, and C scripting for test automation.
• Deep understanding and testing experience in ADAS (priority), BMS/Electrification (priority), Infotainment, and BCM.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
• Knowledge of automotive standards and processes (ASPICE, ISO 26262, etc.) is a plus.
