The India Delivery Head - Automotive Digital will lead the delivery and operations for GCC-driven automotive digital programs, ensuring business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

This role requires deep understanding of the automotive GCC ecosystem, strong delivery governance, and established relationships with Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership: - Drive end-to-end delivery for Automotive Digital programs, ensuring on-time, quality, and cost-effective outcomes. - Oversee multi-location teams (~500 people) delivering Digital, embedded, and Mechanical engineering services. - Establish and maintain delivery excellence frameworks, KPIs, and SLAs. - Client & Business Management: - Serve as the primary delivery leader for GCC clients-maintaining strong connects with OEMs and Tier-1s. - Drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and operational governance for strategic GCC accounts. - Partner with business and sales leaders to expand presence in the GCC automotive digital domain. - Operational Excellence: - Optimize resource utilization, financial performance, and delivery efficiency. - Ensure compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement across delivery units. - Enable scalability and transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy. - People Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and develop a large delivery organization (~500 associates). - Build high-performance teams with strong technical, domain, and digital capabilities. - Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.
• Required Experience & Skills: -

Required qualifications

• 20 to 25 years in IT/Engineering services, with at least 8+ years in delivery leadership roles. - Domain Expertise (Must Have): Strong background in automotive digital, connected vehicles, embedded systems, Mechanical, or digital engineering. - Regional Focus: Proven experience managing GCC automotive clients in India (OEMs/Tier-1s). - Leadership: Track record of leading large teams (500+ members) and complex global delivery programs. - Business Acumen: Strong P&L understanding, delivery governance, and stakeholder management. - Communication: Excellent client-facing, cross-cultural communication, and strategic partnership skills.
