Are you a Data Centre Technician (DCT) with hands-on experience in Data Center operations, racking, stacking, hardware break fix and everything in between?

Responsibilities

• They will provide mentorship and review the task prioritization to technical teams working in the Data Center.
• As a skilled trouble-shooter on a wide range of Data Centre environment and systems they understand which issues to advance to the appropriate resolver groups.
• Setup and support of IT hardware and software, utilizing remote access tools as required They build and maintain documentation on technologies they support.
• They understand all aspects of the equipment they support.
• They can innovate and make decisions on their own, but also know how to take direction when it is given, paying attention to detail.
