• Bachelor/Master Degree with 1-3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition Operations.

• Ability to work in Teams, within deadlines and be process oriented.
• Ensure compliance to all HR/TA operations processes from Internal Audit Perspective.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with an ATS.
• Ability to work in complex environment and deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and challenges.
