Lead CAE planning, simulation convergence, and validation activities.

Software Skills ANSA PAM-CRASH / LS-DYNA Abaqus MetaPost Required Experience 10+ years in Automotive CAE.
Experience leading CAE activities and project execution.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
OEM experience is mandatory.

B.E./M.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering Role Summary Lead CAE activities for automotive vehicle development programs, including simulation planning, convergence management, technical decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong expertise in Crash Analysis (mandatory) is required, with exposure to NVH and Strength & Durability simulations.
CFD knowledge is an added advantage.
