Senior Automation Test Engineer at Quest Global

Develop and execute automated test scripts using modern automation tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
• Must be able to leverage AI assisted tools for the day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements, test automation strategy, and quality best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on automation initiatives.
• Support release validation activities and production issue investigations when required.

• Work Experience .
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
