LMS-Project Coordinator / Learning Content / Stakeholder Management Specialist at Quest Global

Manage end-to-end project coordination activities, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Schedule, organize, and facilitate project meetings, review sessions, and status calls.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), action items, and follow-up communications.
• Create professional presentations, project updates, executive summaries, and dashboards using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze project data and prepare management reports with charts, graphs, and insights.
• Design and develop eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and other related authoring tools.
• Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator for graphic design and content enhancement.
• Develop animated learning videos and communications using Vyond.
• Coordinate training, localization, and content development activities across multiple projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and perform proactive problem-solving, issue tracking and risk management.
• Maintain project documentation, process guidelines, and knowledge repositories.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project efficiency.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through reviews, testing, validation, and stakeholder feedback management.

• Work Experience .
• Technical Proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Charts, Reporting) and Microsoft PowerPoint (Professional Presentations, Dashboards, Management Reports).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage and meet customer KPIs. eLearning & Design Tools.
• Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, and Vyond for creating training videos, graphic designs and learning materials.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Experience in coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and business partners.
• Communication.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to prepare reports, project updates, business reviews, meeting agendas and MoMs.
• Soft Skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent teamwork, customer service, and collaboration skills with focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience in creating visually appealing training materials and learning content.
