• Key Responsibilities. 1.
• Mechanical engineer with experience in working and maintenance of Upstream & Downstream rotary machines(Reciprocating/Centrifugal Compressors, Gas turbine, Steam turbine, Blowers, Motor, Pumps, Generators etc). 2.
• Engineer shall be competent to review P&ID, instrument list, PFDs and data sheets. 3.
• Engineer shall be able to develop anomaly Report, understand Machine fault, provide possible causes & recommendation. 4.
• ISO Category II/III Vibration analyst. 5.
• Strong expertise in advanced vibration analysis, rotor dynamics, oil analysis and thermal imaging. 6.
• Good knowledge in interpreting multi parameter data (vibration, process, seal etc). 7.
• Develop predictive maintenance strategies. 8.
• Perform RCA for major breakdown. 10.
• Expert in data analytics tool.
• Knowledge on working and maintenance procedures of upstream and downstream rotary machines(10+).
• Familiarized with monitoring tools like System 1, AVEVA PRiSM, GE SmartSignal, Emerson AMS.
