Welding Equipment Expertise.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of automation systems, hydraulic circuits, and industrial robotics, along with the ability to coordinate with vendors for service and AMC activities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain Resistance Spot Welding SPM, Seam Welding, MIG Welding, and Laser Welding equipment.
• Ensure optimal performance and process efficiency of all welding systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in hydraulic circuits for 40-ton and 60-ton pressing machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
• PLC Programming & Troubleshooting.
• Work with Mitsubishi PLCs (FX3 & FX5 series) for programming, diagnostics, and system optimization.
• Modify and update PLC logic as per operational requirements.
• Manage ABB Frame Welding Robots including troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Ensure robotic systems are aligned with production goals and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain fume killer equipment.
• Conduct periodic health checks for all machines.
• Coordinate with vendors for service schedules and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.
• Hands-on experience with Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Familiarity with ABB robotic systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
