Responsibilities
- Monitor proxy servers and internet access services on a daily basis - Provide L1 support for proxy-related incidents (user access issues, URL blocking, slow browsing, etc.) - Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve standard issues within defined SLAs - Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper analysis and logs - Create, update, and manage tickets in ITSM tools - Support user access requests (URL whitelisting/blacklisting as per policy) - Check and maintain proxy logs and alerts - Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution - Follow incident, problem, and change management processes - Maintain proper documentation and daily reports
