• The Senior Project Engineer – Full Stack is responsible for delivering end-to-end web solutions using Angular or React for the frontend and Python for the backend.
• The role involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality web applications.
• Interact with customers to understand business and technical requirements and contribute to documenting Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) for web applications.
• Breakdown the requirement at a module level into a list of development tasks and estimate the necessary effort.
• Own the execution of the Project; Perform code, design reviews & follow the necessary standards.
• Ensure web applications are tested at unit, integration, and system levels, identify defects, and fix issues before customer delivery.
• Follow standard build, release, and deployment practices for web applications to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Actively participate in customer discussions and internal reviews, provide regular status updates, and respond promptly to customer communications.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers on Angular/React and Python development through reviews, technical support, and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to defined development processes and actively contribute to process improvements and compliance.
