Bengaluru - Chennai Full-Time We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Product Owner for Microsoft 365 (O365) Services to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise collaboration, productivity, and digital workplace solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across Microsoft 365 services with strong product ownership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and Agile delivery experience.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• While working knowledge of SharePoint is desirable, the role prioritizes holistic O365 service ownership including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, security, compliance, and integrations. - Define and own product vision, roadmap, and backlog - Manage Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint - Lead stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering - Own Agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization - Drive user adoption and governance strategies - Ensure compliance with security and enterprise standards Agile Delivery & Execution Own and manage the product, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value.
• Reduction in operational inefficiencies via O365 solutions. - Proven Product Owner experience in Agile environments - Strong Microsoft 365 expertise (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Admin Center) - Knowledge of licensing, governance, and integrations - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Microsoft 365 Expertise Deep functional and operational knowledge in: Exchange Online OneDrive for Business Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft 365 Admin Center Licensing and tenant management Integration with Azure services (basic understanding expected) Knowledge of SharePoint Online is good to have.
