Product Designer at TechMojo Solutions

We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, user centred digital experiences.

You will work cross functionally with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to turn complex requirements into seamless design solutions.

This role is ideal for someone comfortable with working through the entire design process from discovery to high fidelity designs.

Responsibilities

• Design Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and execute the overall design strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Design Standards: Establish and enforce design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all design deliverables.
• User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to inform design decisions and optimise user experiences.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• UX/UI Design: Lead the conceptualisation and creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences for our B2B clients and end users, considering user flows, information architecture, and visual aesthetics.
• User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centred design principles and ensure that the end-user perspective is consistently prioritised throughout the design process.
• Design Iteration: Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, data insights, and emerging industry trends.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging AI technologies in the UX/UI design field to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the team.
• Specialist Skills and Experience Required:
• 2+ years’ experience of UX/UI design across web, desktop and mobile applications
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating solid UX/UI design craft and user-centred solutions
• Proficiency in Figma and similar design tools
• Good understanding of web technologies and their impact on UX/UI implementation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
