Responsibilities

• You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project activities are properly tracked, documented, and followed through.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status updates.
• Support project managers in coordinating activities across different teams.
• Monitor pending activities, identify delays, and escalate issues when required.
• Prepare regular project status updates and reports for internal stakeholders.

• Follow up proactively with team members to collect status updates and ensure action items are completed.
• Understand project requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks.
• Participate in project and stakeholder discussions and capture key decisions and next steps.
• Follow established project management processes and ensure required steps are completed.
• Support continuous improvement of project tracking and coordination processes.
• Recent graduate or upcoming graduate from a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong discipline and process adherence with attention to detail.
• Strong structured thinking and organizational skills .
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and proactively follow up with people.
• Good written and verbal communication and comprehension skills .
• Basic understanding of Project Management fundamentals and Agile/Scrum concepts .
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and maintaining trackers.
• Strong ownership and willingness to take responsibility for assigned activities.
• Ability to work in a structured environment and consistently follow defined processes.
• Familiarity with RFP / RFI / Proposal Processes is beneficial.
• Understanding of core AI concepts and methodologies is a plus.
• Exposure to Machine Learning or data science principles is advantageous.
