Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities: Receive and verify incoming materials as per delivery challans and purchase orders. Ensure correct stacking, tagging, and labeling of raw materials, spares, and consumables. Issue materials to production based on material requisition slips and maintain proper documentation. Monitor minimum stock levels and raise material requests proactively. Maintain accurate inventory records in both manual registers and ERP/software systems. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system data. Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expire-First-Out (FEFO) inventory management methods. Supervise unloading, loading, and material handling activities. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security within the store premises. Prepare MIS reports like stock statements, consumption reports, and shortage analysis. Strong understanding of manufacturing inventory control and material flow. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle) and MS Excel.
