Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. 1 Preparation and Conducting board meetings, committees, and member meetings (AGMs/EGMS) and follow up on action points. 2.Drafting of Minutes Book (Board, Committees and Members Meeting) 3.Updation of Statutory Registers Drafting and Filing of forms with Registrar of Companies (KYC, MSME Filing, Annual Filing, DPT 3 any other filing as per event triggered) 4.RBI Compliances (Filing FC-GPR, FLA Return, ESOP any other as per event based) 5 GST and Withholding tax compliances 6 Patient accounting 7 Banking Activities Reasonable Accommodation Vantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
