Artificial Intelligence Engineer at VU-DYNAMICS Private Limited

As an AI Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced computer vision algorithms, focusing on object detection and tracking using neural networks.

You will work on the full lifecycle of AI model development, from data collection and pre-processing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.

The role involves collaborating closely with the R&D and software engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into real-time applications, optimizing performance for speed and accuracy in diverse environments.

You will stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies, particularly in neural networks, to ensure cutting-edge solutions for object-tracking systems.

Additionally, you will be expected to handle performance tuning, debugging, and model optimization for edge and cloud deployment.

Required qualifications

• B.
• Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 1-2 years experience

Required skills

• Strong expertise in designing and implementing deep learning models for object detection and tracking, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in neural network frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• In-depth knowledge of convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and state-of-the-art models like YOLO, Faster R-CNN, and Transformer-based architectures.
• Experience with data pre-processing, augmentation, and annotation for object detection tasks.
• Familiarity with optimizing models for deployment on edge devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, Intel Movidius).
• Proven experience in using object tracking algorithms such as Kalman Filters, SORT, or Deep SORT.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++ with proficiency in OpenCV, and experience with GPU acceleration using CUDA.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and debugging in real-time vision applications.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and solve complex problems efficiently.
