As we migrate existing clients to central platform and onboard new logos, this individual must have experience in both a hosted environment and having knowledge in cloud-based technologies.

<p>Primary responsibilities of the QA Engineer will be to support our clients CRM needs from a quality perspective.
The individual must have the ability to grow with the company to support the needs of the business today and in the future.
Good Communication Skills are critical with high potential in testing and certification protocols.
Individual will need to handle quick turnaround deliverables as they are released by development team.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Responsible for delivering the executable with quality and within time defined, adhering to expected testing standards and industry best practices using STLC.</li> <li>High levels of ownership and commitment to deliverables.</li> <li>Effective communication with Solutions Management and Account teams with ability to gain clarifications on requirement specifications.</li> <li>Participate in various projects and new initiatives; make suggestions as a QA resource involving Database exports/imports, Apps, Tools, API’s, landing pages, as well as performing duties such as documenting test scenarios and reproducing the production issues, and adhering to stringent change control processes.</li> <li>The selected individual will be able to work independently or in a team setting, has an analytical mindset that will collaborate and share knowledge across teams.</li> <li>Should have worked in Agile and traditional Project Management methodologies.</li> </ul>
