Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Evaluate Resumes, Refresh Job Descriptions, and Post Open Roles.
• Screen and Assess candidates for Technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with Hiring teams to optimize recruitment processes.
• Find and Engage Top Talent on Naukri, Linked In & Social Media Platforms.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends & Build a Strong Talent Pipeline.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• 4+ years of Technical Recruiting Experience.
• Strong understanding of Technical roles and Sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring goals.
• Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies.
