Responsibilities

• You will help some of the world's largest organizations implement and adopt Zycus's AI-powered procurement platform.
• Configure and customize the Zycus platform based on customer requirements.
• Work with APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise systems.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
• Work with senior consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Work with AI-powered capabilities such as: Intelligent invoice processing Supplier recommendations Spend analytics AI assistants and chatbots Intelligent automation Predictive insights Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve customer processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Develop strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Work with Fortune 1000 enterprises and solve real-world business problems.
• Build hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, SaaS, APIs, data, and enterprise technology .
• Work alongside experienced engineers, consultants, product managers, and business leaders.

• AI & GenAI Work on real-world applications of AI, GenAI, automation, and intelligent agents in enterprise procurement.
• Explore how AI can automate repetitive business processes and improve decision-making.
• Technology & Integration Work with enterprise applications, cloud technologies, APIs, and data integrations.
• Understand how SaaS applications integrate with systems such as SAP and other enterprise platforms.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot integration or configuration issues.
• Build a strong understanding of enterprise architecture and digital transformation.
• Global Customer Exposure Work with project teams supporting Fortune 1000 enterprises across the globe .
• Participate in customer discussions, workshops, solution walkthroughs, and training sessions.
• Understand how technology is used to solve complex business problems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Engineering, Project Management, Customer Success, and other teams.
• Learn from experienced implementation consultants and technology leaders.
• Take increasing ownership of implementation activities as you build expertise.
• What We're Looking For Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology , preferably: Computer Science Information Technology Electronics & Communication Information Science Artificial Intelligence / Data Science or related engineering disciplines.
