IT Support Engineer - Intern

We are looking for an IT Intern to join our IT Operations team. The candidate will support the IT Operations team with day-to-day application installation, endpoint troubleshooting, and general IT support across Windows and macOS devices, along with exposure to broader IT operations processes and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist with application installation, updates, and uninstalls on Windows and macOS endpoints Troubleshoot common OS, application, and connectivity issues for end users Support ticket triage and resolution tracking (Freshservice or similar ITSM tool) Assist with basic software packaging/deployment tasks and testing Help document SOPs and troubleshooting guides for common issues Support patch management and software compliance checks Assist with testing and QA of internal automation workflows (Power Automate, low-code tools) General coordination support for ongoing IT projects Requirements Completed degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field in 2026. Working knowledge of Windows and macOS — installing software, basic system settings, common troubleshooting steps Comfortable working hands-on in macOS environments Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn enterprise IT support practices Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID Must have hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) for technical assistance and problem-solving Nice to Have Any Microsoft fundamentals certification (MS-900/SC-900/AZ-900) Basic scripting exposure (PowerShell/shell)
