We are looking for a passionate and innovative Senior AI Engineer to join our growing AI team.

You will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and modern machine learning frameworks.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions that solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows using modern orchestration frameworks.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Develop scalable backend services to support AI applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver AI-driven features.
• Monitor model performance, latency, accuracy, and cost optimization in production.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning.

Required qualifications

• 2–4 Years
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Required skills

• 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python .
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, etc.).
• Experience with LangChain , LangGraph , LlamaIndex , or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building RAG applications using vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone , Weaviate , Milvus , ChromaDB , or FAISS .
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow .
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Good understanding of software engineering best practices and Git.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience building AI agents or autonomous workflows.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps.
• Knowledge of NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and vector similarity search.
• Experience working in SaaS or enterprise software products.
