• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field. 5–7 years of overall recruitment experience, with proven expertise in non-technical recruitment .
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills and candidate suitability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and hiring requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and recruitment practices.
• Awareness of current talent acquisition trends and best practices , including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
• Strong ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
