Required qualifications
- Required Skills 4–8 years of experience in Functional Testing.
- Strong experience in Banking Domain (Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Lending, Cards, or Wealth Management).
- Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman, SOAP UI, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation and data analysis.
- Experience in preparing test plans, test cases, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Quality Center.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications and skills
- Exposure to automation testing tools/frameworks is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Banking regulations, payment systems, and financial transactions.
- Experience in UAT support and stakeholder management.
