Tech Lead at Emids Technologies Limited

We are seeking an experienced React Native Mobile App Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android, with the ability to extend solutions to web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and hands-on development of React Native applications.
• Build scalable, high-performance mobile apps using React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and native modules using Swift/Kotlin as required.
• Optimize application performance, security, and code quality.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and reusable components.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, application releases, and production support.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on experience in React Native mobile app development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React fundamentals.
• Experience developing applications for both iOS and Android.
• Knowledge of state management, API integration, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience with native mobile technologies such as Swift and Kotlin.
• Proven technical leadership, team mentoring, and architectural design skills.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience with React-based web applications is an advantage.
