Lead end-to-end delivery for complex healthcare platform projects.

Summary of the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Director to lead complex healthcare platform delivery engagements.

Oversee large-scale implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations involving healthcare systems.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare payer and provider organizations.
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met throughout the delivery process.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project milestones and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Drive process improvements and best practices in project management methodologies.
Conduct regular project status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Manage resource allocation and team performance to achieve project goals.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning within the project team.

Must-Have: Extensive experience in project delivery management within the healthcare sector.
Proficiency in managing implementations of major healthcare platforms such as Facets, QNXT, and EPIC.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent understanding of healthcare business processes and technology solutions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Experience in advanced analytics and data integration.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare.
Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.).

Additional Information This role reports directly to the Vice President of Delivery and is part of the Operations department.
