Review all the standard response templates and correct language errors Support creating any new SOPs and review old SOPs to correct mistakes and bring more clarity.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, or instructions.

Responsibilities

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English Design, plan, develop, edit document & new process.
• Maintain knowledge of style guides.
• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience in the technology industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand highly technical information
