Responsibilities

• Manage Scope of the project from Start to finish.Define & prioritize delivery schedules and quality parameters.
• Ensure proper implementation of Process for smoother execution and continuations enhancement trough tools & techniques.
• Provide guidance and maintain alignment with IT policies and standards Aliasing with Infra team to ensure all the necessary systems & tools are available for project delivery.
• Review Technical Documentation for accuracy and completion.

• Identify/Plan Resource & Technology requirement for successful delivery of the project.
• Monitor & Review project status & scope to ensure on time delivery with quality.
• Prepare Communication plan for client meetings and internal stakeholders to discuss project progress and challenges including change management.
• Identifying risks, issues, dependencies and contingency plan for the same.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities Provide Mentoring and guidance to the project teams.
