• Ability to handle multiple Customer simultaneously. 4.
• Ability to write Fast formula for OTL, Absence 5.
• Experience working on VBCS. 6.
• Good experience in Customer Interaction in all phases of support. 7.
• Very good in Analyzing the issues/requirement and providing effective solutions to the Customers. 8.
