Required qualifications

• 8–10 Years on Oracle Fusion HCM Key Requirements Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor implementation Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor implementations as a Lead Functional Consultant .
• Proven client-facing experience , including requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in OTL configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
• Flexible to work in shifts based on project and customer requirements.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience with other Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Core HR and Absence Oracle Cloud HCM certification is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Lead Time and Labor workstream during implementation projects.
• Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Time and Labor solutions.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor Consultant with 8 - 10 years of experience
