- Handle tenders (Major Private) and work under stringent MIS systems.
- Be responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on a month-on-month basis.
- Generate leads and drive them to order closure.
- Focus on the assigned market and products including BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems, etc.). 10+ years of experience in BMS & IBMS project sales.
- Proven track record of developing and closing net new business.
- Strong presentation skills and experience in pricing systems for customers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
