Demand Planning – Forecast customer demand and monitor order trends.

Responsibilities

• Supply Planning – Develop supply plans to meet customer demand and revenue targets.
• Capacity Planning – Coordinate with fabs, foundries, and production teams to ensure adequate manufacturing capacity.
• Inventory Management – Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess stock and shortages.
• Shortage Management – Identify supply risks and implement recovery plans to mitigate material or capacity constraints.
• Cross-functional Coordination – Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Business teams to align supply with customer requirements.
• Performance Tracking – Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, revenue backlog, and supply-demand gap analysis to support business decisions.
• Process Improvement & Automation – Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automate planning and reporting processes, and leverage digital tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
• Best Practice Collaboration – Work closely with global teams, business divisions, and supply chain functions to share best practices, standardize processes, and implement planning excellence across the organization.

Required qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Fulfillment, or related supply chain functions.
• Possesses a solid understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience supporting process improvements, system integrations, or implementation initiatives.
• Demonstrates effective stakeholder management, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• A proactive team player who is approachable, customer-focused, and committed to continuous learning and operational excellence.
