Manage and monitor the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficient material and information flow from suppliers through manufacturing and distribution to customers.

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain professional with 4-6 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, production planning, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and
• long-term demand, supply, capacity, and inventory plans to support business
• objectives and customer requirements.
• Support demand planning and forecasting activities by analyzing market trends, customer demand, and operational data to improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain production schedules, volume plans, and supply plans using internal and external data sources to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Ensure material availability and supply continuity while balancing inventory targets, service levels, and working capital objectives.
• Drive allocation planning, supply
• stabilization, and product planning activities to support customer commitments
• and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute supply recovery and mitigation plans to address material shortages, capacity constraints, and other supply chain risks.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure successful planning and execution.
• Monitor supply chain performance and provide analysis and reporting on key metrics, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support Supply Chain Excellence initiatives
• and future optimization projects, contributing to process improvements,
• digitalization efforts, and operational excellence across the organization
• Develop management reports and present
• Supply Chain KPIs, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior
• leadership.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, or Logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, and Order Fulfillment.
• Proven experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and balancing customer demand with supply and operational constraints.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Solid ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP, combined with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools, such as Power BI, enabling data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive sustainable solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence decisions and manage multiple priorities and escalations simultaneously.
