The Role As a EDS Coordinator II -SPI and SPEL Administrator with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. <ul><li>Administrator is responsible for setup and management of new and existing engineering projects within SmartPlant Instrumentation (SI), SmartPlant Electrical (SPEL) in standalone as well in workshare mode.</li><li>SPI & SPEL Administration, setup, archive, workshare and replication.</li><li>Troubleshooting SPI & SPEL software issue and providing user-support to project resources.</li><li>Application database maintenance activities.</li><li>Continually seeking opportunities to increase end-user satisfaction.</li><li>SPI & SPEL Customization required for project deliverable’s.</li><li>SPI reports and reference data customization using Infomaker. </li><li>Implement automation tools that will benefit the project deliverable’s.</li><li>Utilize SPI & SPEL reporting to assist in monitoring design quality and progress.</li><li>Prepare Project specific job notes and provide application training for designers and Admin.</li><li>Gain a full understanding of the scope, overall schedule, deliverables, milestones and coordination procedure.</li><li>Experience with SmartPlant Foundation and integration with data flow between engineering applications.</li><li>Coordinated with multidisciplinary team leads to ensure effective project execution.</li></ul> About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering.</li><li>5-10 years of relevant experience of SPI & SPEL Administration.</li><li>In-depth working knowledge of SPI & SPEL tools.</li><li>Experience in conducting applications training and user support.</li><li>Knowledge of Engineering workflow in an EPC environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills required.</li><li>Working experience of Smart Plant Foundation, Smart PID, Smart Electrical & Aveva Instrumentation will be added advantage.</li></ul>Good to have:<ul><li>Writing SQL Queries, Power BI dashboard, custom commands and Visual basic .Net</li><li>Experience in Oil and Gas/Chemical/Petrochemical. </li></ul>Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
