• Responsible for the design delivery, meeting Quality, Cost and Schedule target</p><p>

• Improve the customer satisfaction by improving the communication and meeting/exceeding the expectation</p><p>Qualification, Experience and Skills: </p><p><br /></p><p>
• Bachelor's /Master’s degree in the Mechanical engineering field.</p><p>
• 5~10 years of relevant engineering experience preferably in regional or global environment.</p><p>
• Experience in Automotive or Electro-mechanical products domain – Electronics product design, Thermal Management, EMC interface design </p><p>
• Experience in Plastic, Sheet metal, Diecast, Sealing components design</p><p>
• Strong experience in ensuring the design quality, verification, Validation methods. </p><p>
• Design tools – CATIA V5 (Preferred).

Expertise in 3D CAD, 2D drawings preparation</p><p>

• Strong experience in GD&T application, Tolerance studies, DFMEA</p><p>
• Exposure to CAE and testing domains.</p><p>
• Experience in Problem solving, Critical thinking, Continuous Improvement</p><p>
