Job Summary:Individual performing this role should have accountabilities for Shipping & Logistics Operations, Customer Service, Management Reporting’s, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Inventory Management, etc. The role would involve interactions with the external vendors & internal stakeholders. Job Description:<ul><li>Involve in Purchase, Sales & Shipping and logistics operations. </li><li>Support & Co-ordinate with Clients, Customers and technical team on various business-related activities, mandatory Trainings and escalate whenever needed, ensuring compliance. </li><li>Perform benchmarking, identification, approvals, onboarding, auditing, ongoing operations assist with organizing management, operational and ad hoc meetings. </li><li>Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance: continuously measure, manage, and improve supplier actual performance against negotiated SLA. Continuous tracking, KPI reporting, via dashboards. </li><li>On-time delivery: Measure, report, and action to improve service and delivery performance. </li><li>Support supply chain management operation. </li></ul> Profile Description:<ul><li>2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Purchase & Sales Order management Operations, Shipping & logistics Operations, in Food, Agri or FMCG business is an added-on advantage. </li><li>Good exposure in Import & Export documentation </li><li>Experience handling multiple stakeholders. </li><li>Must have work experience in SAP MM / SD module. </li><li>Ability to be flexible with job duties and scope of work and Shifts. </li><li>Proficiency with MS Office; especially in MS Excel</li><li>Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul>
