Growing at 100% year on year, we are backed by top investors including Zoom Ventures, Elevation Capital, Nexus &nbsp;Venture Partners, Omidyar Network, and Ursula Burns.<br><br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><strong>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting:</strong> Help build annual budgets and multi-year rolling financial forecasts by working directly with department heads to collect inputs and align on business assumptions.</p><p><strong>Financial Modeling &amp; Strategy:</strong> Design and maintain flexible financial models for new strategic projects, pricing strategies, ROI calculations, and "what-if" scenario planning.</p><p><strong>Variance Analysis:</strong> Track monthly actual performance against budgets (Actuals vs. Plan), pinpoint why numbers deviate, and present clear explanations to senior management.</p><p><strong>MIS &amp; Executive Reporting:</strong> Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS dashboards focusing on P&amp;L, cash flow trends, and key operational metrics.</p><p><strong>Business Efficiency &amp; SaaS Metrics:</strong> Track and analyze key growth metrics such as revenue recognition, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV) to highlight operational efficiency.</p><p><strong>Investor Relations &amp; Due Diligence:</strong> Help build pitch decks, financial presentations, and data packs for board meetings, investors, and potential fundraising rounds.</p><p><strong>Process Automation:</strong> Continuously improve our budgeting and reporting workflows using modern financial tools and software.<br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><br><strong>Qualification:</strong> Qualified <strong>Chartered Accountant (CA)</strong> is mandatory.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong> <strong>1–2 years</strong> of post-qualification experience, preferably in <strong>Business Finance, FP&amp;A, or Commercial Finance</strong> within a fast-paced startup or tech company.</p><p><strong>Modeling Expertise:</strong> Strong hands-on experience building complex financial models and managing data in MS Excel / Google Sheets.</p><p><strong>Business Acumen:</strong> Good understanding of financial statements (P&amp;L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) and unit economics (CAC, LTV, Margins).</p>
