About the Role :The Email Deliverability Specialist is the centre of excellence for all things email, from technical onboarding and inbox placement to thought leadership and account growth. This role partners across Customer Success, Product, and Sales to ensure customers achieve maximum deliverability performance, driving both retention and business expansion.The candidate will be the definitive expert in email deliverability , protecting customer sender reputation, accelerating onboarding, growing email revenue, and championing inbox success across every account.What will you do :<ul><li>Lead end-to-end email onboarding, including domain/IP warm-up planning and authentication setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI).</li><li>Diagnose and resolve email deliverability issues including spam filter triggers, blocklist incidents, and bounce management.</li><li>Support pre-sales and prospect closure by providing technical email expertise and deliverability assessments.</li><li>Design and deliver Email Masterclasses, Webinars, and written Blogs to establish platform thought leadership.</li><li>Execute Email Value Programs (EVPs) and facilitate Email Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic accounts.</li><li>Own and resolve email-related Support Tickets within defined SLAs.</li><li>Scope, build, and optimize email performance dashboards for internal and customer-facing use.</li><li>Drive retention by developing strategies for high-value accounts, producing case studies and testimonials.</li><li>Enable customers on next-generation features including AMP for Email, Gmail Annotations, and BIMI.</li><li>Manage partner collaboration to develop email templates and enable managed services.</li><li>Leverage AI and automation to streamline onboarding, troubleshooting, reporting, and customer engagement, driving operational efficiency, scalable workflows, and enhanced customer experience.</li></ul>What are we looking for ?Must Have :<ul><li>Deep understanding of ISP spam filter logic and inbox placement algorithms.</li><li>Expert knowledge of DNSBL (Domain Name System Blacklist) ecosystems and delisting processes.</li><li>Mastery of email authentication standards: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI.</li><li>End-to-end understanding of IP and domain warm-up methodology.</li><li>Proficiency with ISP diagnostic tools: Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, and Feedback Loops (FBLs).</li><li>Hands-on experience implementing and supporting AMP for Email and Gmail Annotations.</li><li>Strong ability to analyse email performance reports and translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Skilled at identifying, reproducing, and debugging complex deliverability issues.</li><li>Working knowledge of global anti-spam legislation: CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR (email provisions), and applicable regional laws.</li><li>Solid understanding of SMTP protocol, mail transfer architecture, and email header analysis.</li><li>Experience with global email best practices across B2C and B2B sending environments. Good to Have :</li><li>Experience with enterprise email marketing platforms - Sendgrid, Mailgun, Netcore etc.</li><li>Email Scripting knowledge - HTML/CSS/JS.</li></ul>Measures of Success :<ul><li>Email Onboarding - Seamless, high-quality onboarding for all new email customers — measured by CSAT, time-to-first-send, and onboarding completion rate.</li><li>Customer Retention - Maintain best-in-class retention of email accounts by proactively resolving deliverability risks and driving value.</li><li>Email Business Growth - Drive upsell and volume growth across the email book of business via account optimisation and competitive displacement.</li><li>Email Evangelism - Establish thought leadership via webinars, blogs, EVPs, and QBRs that increase platform adoption and feature utilisation.</li></ul>Who will you report to:  Director - Email Deliverability Why join us<ul><li>Contribute to a product backed by 11 technology patents, showcasing industry-leading innovation.
