Should be an excellent Team player & have excellent Problem solving & communication skills ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status. Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims. Receive payment information if the claims have been processed. Analyze claims in case of rejections. Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards. Also, Experience with Insurance Eligibility Verification. Good to Have: Strong Communication Skills Strong Analytical and listening skills Flexible working in US shifts EDUCATION Required Should be a Graduate in any Stream EXPERIENCE Required 0-0.6 years in Revenue Cycle and Delivery Management Preferred Need excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should be comfortable working in US Shifts (Night)
