Analyst/Sr Analyst - Test Data Engineer

<p><span style="font-size:14px;">Skills Required</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Work on managing test data including creation and mining using available query tools.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Responsible for servicing test data requests based on assigned priorities.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Work directly with Test Data Requestor/ teams on understanding and processing the test data requests.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Work on mainframes to run jobs for data copy. Analyze the issues in the job and reach out to the right team to fix the issues.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Identify and implement automation wherever possible for making test data creation process efficient and faster.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Ability to write SQL queries to fetch data based on different conditions.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Candidate Profile</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Demonstrated work experience in Test Data Management on data creation, data mining.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Prior experience in software testing. Good knowledge in Software Testing Lifecycle</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Good to have knowledge on Mainframes.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Working knowledge of health care domain and automation knowledge (Good to have)</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze data using Microsoft Excel, SQL or pick up any analytical tool which is organization specific.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Should have good communication skills. To be able to communicate directly with customers for the data needs/data issues.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Should be able to work independently.</span></p>
