Senior Analyst - Business Analyst

• Lead end to end requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution recommendations</p><p>
• Translate business needs into BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria</p><p>
• Conduct impact analysis for enhancements, dependencies, and system changes</p><p>
• Serve as liaison between business users, product owners, architects, QA, and development teams</p><p>
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, stakeholder validations, and sign off sessions</p><p>
• Support Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives</p><p>
• Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect triage</p><p>
• Analyze data patterns, validate integration rules, and support data quality assessments</p><p>
• Track requirement traceability and ensure timely closure of risks, issues, and dependencies</p><p>
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or optimization opportunities</p><p>
• Act as SME for enGen platforms, healthcare operations, and enterprise workflows</p><p><br /><b><u>REQUIREMENTS</u></b>:</p><p><b>Must Have</b>:</p><p>
• Minimum 6 years of BA experience</p><p>
• Strong communication and stakeholder?management skills</p><p>
• Expertise in BRD documentation, process mapping, Agile/Scrum, UAT</p><p>
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non?technical audiences</p><p>
• Strong analytical, critical?thinking, and problem?solving skills</p><p>
• Ability to lead initiatives independently</p><p>
• Hands-on experience in tools such as JIRA, ALM, SQL, and API testing platforms.</p><p><br /><b>Good to Have</b>:</p><p>

• Partner with product, engineering, operations, and client teams to drive end to end delivery</p><p>
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization</p><p>
• Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and business case development</p><p>
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and cross functional alignment</p><p>
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, quality, and operational standards</p><p>
• Develop documentation: workflows, BRDs, FRDs, acceptance criteria, and reporting requirements</p><p>
• Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect triage</p><p>
• Act as a subject matter expert for enGen platforms, healthcare operations, and business processes</p><p> <br /><b><u>Required Skills & Experience</u></b>:</p><p>
• Strong background in healthcare, payer operations, or enterprise platforms</p><p>
• Expertise in business process modeling and requirements management</p><p>
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, dashboards)</p><p>
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies</p><p>
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non technical stakeholders</p><p>
