Job Summary:The Manager / Senior Manager, FP&A will play a critical role within the Enterprise Finance Services function, responsible for the financial performance and strategic oversight of a designated segment within enGen Global’s diverse portfolio. This position will be instrumental in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a primary focus on managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement to ensure fiscal health and achievement of strategic objectives. The successful candidate will leverage deep financial acumen to provide insightful analysis, inform key business decisions, and partner closely with business leaders to optimize financial outcomes.Key Responsibilities:<ul type="disc" style="font-family:DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif;margin-top:0in;color:rgb(19,19,19);"><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Serve as the primary finance partner and segment controller for a specific business unit or functional area within enGen Global, taking full ownership of its P&L.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Lead the development, monitoring, and analysis of the segment's budget, forecast, and long-range strategic plans, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting the P&L, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on growth initiatives.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Drive accountability for financial performance within the segment, challenging assumptions and fostering a culture of financial responsibility.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Develop sophisticated financial models and analytical tools to support complex business decisions, investment appraisals, and performance measurement.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast), providing clear explanations for deviations and recommending corrective actions.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key insights, performance trends, and strategic implications.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Act as a trusted financial advisor to business unit leaders, providing financial guidance, challenging business cases, and supporting operational decision-making.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure financial objectives are integrated into business strategies.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Support the evaluation of new initiatives, projects, and investments, including ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and financial feasibility studies.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and reports related to the assigned segment.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, systems, and controls.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Adhere to all enGen Global financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Potentially lead and mentor a small team of financial analysts, fostering their professional growth and development.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Champion best practices in FP&A and financial management across the organization.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul type="disc" style="font-family:DarwinSans, Roboto, sans-serif;margin-top:0in;color:rgb(19,19,19);"><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Education: B.Com, CA / CMA(Mandate).</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Experience:</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Minimum of 6 - 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role, with at least [3-5]+ years in a leadership or senior individual contributor capacity.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Demonstrated experience managing P&L statements for a significant business segment or functional area.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Experience within the healthcare industry or a large, complex organization is a strong plus.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Exceptional Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), accounting principles, and financial modeling techniques.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex financial data, identify key drivers, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Business Partnership: Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced functions).
